RTRIBE

All enrollments follow a monthly membership model unless you opt for a pay-per-class or a select class pack. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Fees must be paid before classes begin for the month. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Membership is valid only for the calendar month enrolled. Unattended classes cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• If you enroll after sessions for the month have already commenced, your membership will still be valid only until the end of that calendar month.

We understand that schedules can shift. You may make up up to 2 missed classes per month (or up to 2 hours for once-a-week 2-hour batches) by attending another regular class within the same month.

• Prior intimation is required; slots are subject to availability.
• Workshops and special sessions are not eligible for make-up.
• If a class is cancelled by Rtribe, a make-up session will be arranged.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so sessions can begin on time and everyone receives the full experience.

• Outside footwear is not allowed inside the studio; please carry clean indoor shoes.
• Food and beverages are permitted only in the lobby area.
• Bags are not permitted in the main studio area — please use designated storage.
• Keep phones on silent and help us maintain cleanliness at all times.

We value a positive and safe environment. Please respect teachers, fellow members and the studio space. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination without refund.

Any damage caused due to negligence must be compensated accordingly.

• Please inform your teachers of any injuries or medical conditions prior to participating.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Rtribe is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

• Photos and videos may be used on official platforms unless you notify us in writing at registration.
• Updates will be shared via official WhatsApp groups.
