RTRIBE

All enrollments follow a monthly membership model unless you opt for a pay-per-class or a select class pack. Registration is confirmed only upon full payment. Fees must be paid before classes begin for the month. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• Membership is valid only for the calendar month enrolled. Unattended classes cannot be carried forward to the next month.
• If you enroll after sessions for the month have already commenced, your membership will still be valid only until the end of that calendar month.

We understand that schedules can shift. You may make up up to 2 missed classes per month (or up to 2 hours for once-a-week 2-hour batches) by attending another regular class within the same month.

• Prior intimation is required; slots are subject to availability.
• Workshops and special sessions are not eligible for make-up.
• If a class is cancelled by Rtribe, a make-up session will be arranged.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so sessions can begin on time and everyone receives the full experience.

• Outside footwear is not allowed inside the studio; please carry clean indoor shoes.
• Food and beverages are permitted only in the lobby area.
• Bags are not permitted in the main studio area — please use designated storage.
• Keep phones on silent and help us maintain cleanliness at all times.

We value a positive and safe environment. Please respect teachers, fellow members and the studio space. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination without refund.

Any damage caused due to negligence must be compensated accordingly.

• Please inform your teachers of any injuries or medical conditions prior to participating.
• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
• Rtribe is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions.

• Photos and videos may be used on official platforms unless you notify us in writing at registration.
• Updates will be shared via official WhatsApp groups.

• How rewards are earned. A reward is randomly generated only when your workshop payment is completed and verified. The specific discount is determined by chance and is not guaranteed to be any particular amount.
• You must reveal it live. Your reward is shown once, on the confirmation screen immediately after payment. If you close or leave that page before revealing it, no coupon is issued and it cannot be recovered or reissued later.
• One-time use only. Each coupon code can be redeemed exactly once. Once used, it cannot be reused, refunded, or reissued.
• New-student offer. Coupons are valid only for a person's first regular class enrollment with Rtribe. A code used by someone who already has an existing class enrollment on record will be rejected.
• Valid for regular classes only. Coupons apply only to individual regular class packages booked via rtribednw.in. They cannot be applied to combo packages, workshops, drop-in sessions, Shows/Namma tickets, or studio rentals unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Class restrictions may apply. Some coupons are valid only for specific classes as selected by Rtribe. Any such restriction is stated at the time the coupon is won.
• Expiry. Each coupon is valid for a limited period from the date it is issued. Once expired, it cannot be extended, reactivated, or replaced.
• No cash value. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be transferred for monetary consideration.
• Cannot be combined. Only one coupon may be applied per booking. Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with any other ongoing offer or discount.
• Refunds void the coupon. If the workshop payment that generated a coupon is later refunded or cancelled, the coupon is automatically voided, whether or not it has already been used.
• Fair use. Rtribe reserves the right to void any coupon, refuse redemption, or restrict participation where there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, fraud, or abuse of this offer.
• Rtribe's decision is final. Rtribe reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue this reward program at any time without prior notice. Rtribe's determination on the validity or eligibility of any coupon is final.
